Your foundation for prevention and proactive, data-driven care. Includes four one-hour appointments per year (quarterly) to review your bloodwork, a quarterly 120+ biomarker panel, an exercise plan and base nutrition plan, Pearls for Prevention, a customized supplement plan, and the Patient Empowerment Plan on how to maximize your health insurance for optimized outcomes. Members receive 10% off all IHMS retail products and services. $199 per month ($2,388 per year). Medication is billed separately from the membership fee.
